We attended the Chiang Mai Cookery School to learn how to cook Traditional Thai foods. First, we had to shop for the ingredients. We went to the market. What smells! What sights! Made me want to become a vegan!

Next, we went to the school. It was in a lovely house, with a classroom (overhead mirrors), and a bar (We, of course, had Thai beer, so perhaps we were a bit looser than regular Thai cooks).
